1. Vibro Deburring & Cleaning
Utilising three modern Vibro Deburring bowls, we efficiently remove small burrs, sharp edges, flash, and light oxide layers from your metal parts. This process ensures smooth surfaces, preventing snagging and improving fit and function. Ideal for brackets, fasteners, gears, and stamped metal components.

2. Tumble Drying & Rust Prevention
With two efficient Maize Driers, we thoroughly dry parts to prevent rust during storage or shipping. We can also apply protective coatings like rust inhibitors or light oils, ensuring your components arrive in pristine condition. Perfect for finished assemblies, castings, and parts requiring temporary lubrication.

3. Hot Parts Washing
Our Hot Parts Wash system performs light degreasing and surface preparation, cleaning parts to meet industry standards. This essential service removes oils, greases, and dirt, preparing surfaces for painting, plating, or galvanising. Ideal for parts ready for finishing or general maintenance cleaning.

4. Anti Corrosion Treatments
Many of the components we manufacture leave the facility in the raw state which can lead to rust and corrosion if not protected. We can dip your components in our dedicated dip tank with an anti-rust solution to protect your stamped parts from rust and corrosion whilst in storage or transit.
